Really enjoyed our stay. Great beach front swimming pool and breakfast. Friendly staff. Can recommend!

Location and ambience is awesome,, very peaceful and scenic. Everything at your footsteps. No vehicle island phi phi's best property... A must visit property. But with so many alerts which I would suggest. Try not to talk to the staff at reception.. the female staff working are most arrogant. So avoid asking them , expecting any favour or never request for any upgrades for free or zero consideration. They'll treat you very miserably and might harras you,, even ask for not checking into hotel,, few boys working are still polite and helpful. So enjoy the stay scenic beauty location of resort and quietness of nature. The worst part of this resort is lady assisting at breakfast buffet entry. First of all its too far from rooms but it's a nice walk to restaurant,,, and she took the room number and allowed. Now the problem arose when you sip a coffee tea or juice and come out to explore beach,, coz restaurant is situated on beach,,, you can't resist to walk thier .. and theirs a superb swimming pool just adjacent to restaurant,,, and if you go to pool have dip and come back for breakfast,,, the worst would happen with you, they'll not allow you to have breakfast,,, and say that you've entered once so we won't allow you twice in 51 years of my life ,, I've travelled and visited 100s of hotels but this was the 1st ever hotel who's most rude arrogant and indecent staff misbehaved with all guests and stoped them to have a proper breakfast. It's a human tendency when we're on vacation and for relaxation we take breakfast very comfortably,, coz that's the best time you interact and cherish the breakfast moments. As it's not a business trip that one will grab toast omlette and juice and rush to work⁉⁉ bit they'll tak full care of ruining your breakfast moments with dirty looks constantly roaming near you unnecessarily interference while you're eating. This attitude i couldn't understand⁉ anyways as I stated in 1st line stay with zero demands here and with least interaction with these hotel staff will ensure your visit pleasant peaceful and worthy. And last but not the least never ask or expect early check in or late check out,,,, ⁉ they'll make your mood he'll if you dare to ask so but very beautiful and scenic property. Visit with pro and cons and enjoy.... One more thing pls don't expect room service especially during breakfast and checkin and check out hours,, and swimming pool cleaning hours and other busy hours . In nut shell they're busy whole day. Best part they came to pier and took our luggage and while departure they send their staff to drop our heavy luggage in cart to pier(harbour) the working staff boys are extremely polite humble and ready to help.

Location is perhaps one of the best if not the best. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and really enjoyed it. They even arranged a beautiful cake setup. But one thing which I would like to mention is the cleanliness. The room was Dusty, now Thailand is a place which does not have a lot of dust but if it is not clean for a long time then can be visible. Also, the management should really look into the solution because every tap or shower head was full of stains which comes usually from the hard water or the salt water. It looks dirty. It's not old but it's dirty. We left the room in the morning at 6:00 with a tag outside to clean the room, we returned around 2:45 p.m. but it was not cleaned. It did not bother as much because we did not spend a lot of time in the room but what bother does is that it was not done till that time. Breakfast is also good, but service lacks. Because people who are enjoying the beach side breakfast right at the edge of the water, and even if they want anything they have to go all the way inside. I would like to suggest to keep some water bottles at the table so people who are enjoying the breakfast they don't have to go inside all the way just to get a glass of water. A coffee station should really help in that area, wanted to install a machine just the carafe should be okay.

Skeptial as read loads of bad reviews PP charlie is not PP Princess but they are combined and share certain facilities Pros Great room clean, cleaning staff were great. Every hotel staff we came across was polite and friendly they even collected our bags from the port . Breakfast buffet was good plenty of choice, swimming pool is superb, 100bht for none guests free for hotels apart from double sun loungers. This is close to main street and shops ideal location sort of hahhaha Cons Our room is in block T205 this is loud as right near main street at night can be very loud until 3-4am in the morning suitable for late dwellers id say, earplugs came in handy especially after khao san road lol Because of this I could never rate it 5 star unfortunately and filters fitting were slightly dated. I would stay again if theu had a waiter room but believe that would be PP Pricess

It’s walking distance to Slinky bar, reggae bar, freedom bar and the beach which starts the longtail boat ride from and is very convenient to explore the island The rooms weren’t the best but with the price it is definitely ok The breakfast in the beach was amazing!

I genuinely loved this place, I’m definitely coming back. Thanks Mos and Fern for taking care of me, helping with any request and having that lovely energy. The rooms that have private pool in front of the beach are breathtaking. Highly recommend to stay here. The bathroom might be tight, and not well taken care such as the other comments says. All the infrastructure of the barthroom need attention. I hope they could sort that. The cleaning is superficial, there is some dust and the glasses and mirrors are not clean at all. (It might be the salt, it might be long term marks, Idk, but needs maintenance) Overall this, View 5 ⭐ Location 4 ⭐ ( I take one cause it’s noice) Maintenance of the bathroom 1 ⭐ Staff 5 ⭐ Breakfast 5⭐ I’m comming back definitely. But I wouldn’t choose any standard or superior room. I would go with delux or the beach front ones.

Great location for stay. Beachfront hotel with huge pool, which is mostly a bit crowded. They served really good buffet breakfast, offering quite a variety of options, including veg/non-veg. Standard rooms are of humble size. Not quite spacious and also a but of bar noise until 2 in the night, but it is barely noticeable inside the rooms. But they still are great value of money! The staff has been great and really kind. Also the location is great as most of the happening places are nearby, such as ibiza pool party or fire show at slinky bar!

W what e come for a friend's birthday and they decorated his room very well. It is a beautiful location, great place to relax.
